We are now seeking to appoint a Customer Service Officer to provide support (both technical and general) to customers, including providing accurate and timely information on Isuzu Australia's products.
Key Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues for customers via telephone, email, and social media.
- Responding to dealer enquiries and resolving technical, freight and day to day issues regarding parts.
- Identifying dealer needs regarding parts interpretation and developing and implementing prompt solutions.
- Assisting with dealer order processing and administration to ensure high levels of customer service.
- As required, liaising with Isuzu Japan regarding Technical Parts related issues.
- Reviewing parts stock and making recommendations for incentives/pricing initiatives to move aged inventory.
- Assisting with maintaining Isuzu Australia's Dealer Portal and Public Websites content.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- parts interpretation and/or after-sales experience (preferred);
- at least 5 years' experience in related customer service roles, preferably in the automotive industry;
- strong computer skills, including experience using a CRM system (Salesforce would be an advantage);
- good written communication skills, with experience interacting with customers via email and other online means;
- good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong customer relationships;
- strong attention to detail; and
- excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and to complete tasks within committed deadlines.
