About the Role
We are seeking a Payment Claims Processing Officer on behalf of our client for a 6-month contract, commencing mid-October. This role is ideal for detail-oriented data administrators with experience in finance, refunds processing, and SAP. You will form part of a newly established team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer payment claims, with supervision and escalation support provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process customer payment claims from daily task lists
- Validate claim details against records and policy guidelines
- Enter data accurately into claims management systems
- Flag discrepancies and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain clear documentation for all actions
- Meet daily processing targets and contribute to team performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and confidentiality standards

Skills & Experience Required

- Previous experience in claims processing, data entry, or admin support
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow workflows and meet deadlines
- Sound written communication and documentation skills
- Understanding of financial transactions and customer service principles
- SAP knowledge (highly desirable)
