Membership only insurance based client seeking multiple customer friendly Claims Officers to join their team for a 2 - 3 month assignment with the otential to extend

**Claims Officers**

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

We are currently working with one of our Membership only Insurance clients based in West Perth who have various temporary job opportunities within their claims and membership departments. These roles will be office based and you will be taking incoming calls and advising clients through the claims process, providing quotes and managing key accounts.

These roles will all initially be for around 2 - 3 months but there is a real possibility to extend.

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:

- Providing Quotes for members
- Resolving members complaints
- Processing Claims - ensuring to take all information necessary
- Acting as the customers' first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service
- Acknowledging the receipt of claims and service enquiries
- Task allocation for all new business and renewals
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers

**Experience Required**
- Experience in a Customer service-based call centre or membership service environment
- Insurance experience highly desirable but not essential
- Experience utilising a variety of software and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines.
