The role of the Claims Support Officer will provide crucial support to case managers in maintaining registry of certificates, processing invoices, appointment management and any ad-hoc business needs in ensuring the success of the business and case managers.

To be Successful for the role you will have:

• High level of motivation
• High level of data entry and keyboard skills
• Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office packages (including excel)
• Working in an environment requiring the application of confidentiality and discretion
• Communication skills in both written and verbal
• Customer Service skills with internal stake holders
• Resilience and perseverance
• Reliability
