Working alongside our Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.**Responsibilities:*** Supporting our reception from time to time including holiday and lunch cover* Outbound activities and report preparation for routine, leasing, ingoing and outgoing inspections* Processing tenancy applications* Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors’ communication* Assisting with the coordination of maintenance* Property Management administration**About you:*** Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary* High attention to detail* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Good at multi-tasking and time management* High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.* A current drivers license* Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team* The desire to grow within a company for the long term**About Elders:**As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the rural Australia for 185 years.
