We are driven to maximise the performance of our client's asset by developing and implementing commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.What does this job involve?In the position of Assistant Property Manager, you will be part of and support an onsite team at an A-grade commercial office tower in the Perth CBD.Responsibilities will include:Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and capex reporting. Assist with monthly report preparationLease administration including set up of new leases and auditing of current leases, maintaining lease document filing and lease/bank guarantee registersMonitor and actively pursue rental arrearsAssist in Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI) Issue purchase orders in MRIAttendance at and assistance with regular client and tenant meetingsCoding of creditor Tax InvoicesAssist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations for the assetLiaison with contractors, tenants, owners as requiredGeneral Administration, filing, assistance and support as required by the onsite teamSound like you? A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, along with the ability to use initiative and find efficient solutions. Some accounting and lease administration knowledge is highly desired, and a tertiary qualification in property, finance, or construction is advantageous but not essential.The key to this role is to ensure that all aspects of our clients' property are managed efficiently and effectively.
