About this Opportunity

As Leasing Manager, you will be the driving force behind occupancy success at INDI Sydney – delivering premium rental experiences in a dynamic Build to Rent community. You will lead leasing strategy and execution, converting prospects into residents and ensuring income targets are exceeded through reduced vacancy and optimal rental returns.

This role blends sales acumen, market insight, and relationship-building to champion long-term leasing and create a cohesive resident community.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive proactive leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, minimise vacancy, and achieve budgeted rental targets.

- Use data-driven pricing and incentives to balance rent returns and vacancy.

- Deliver strong leasing outcomes with a focus on renewals and exceptional resident experience.

- Promote the community’s lifestyle, amenities, and long-term value to prospective tenants.

- Oversee application processing, legislative compliance, and effective use of CRM/PMS systems to support efficient leasing operations.

About You

- Unlimited Working Rights in Australia

- Valid NSW Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence

- Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial or retail sectors

- Strong financial acumen and results-driven mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
