This role combines data analysis, compliance monitoring, and landlord/tenant relationship management.This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne & it is a **fixed term contract until early 2026.*****Snapshot of the role**** Lead all base reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance requirements with a high degree of independence* Monitor lease events and compile performance data for Property Managers and Account Directors* Conduct monthly audit compliance reporting and ensure all client KPIs are met* Manage rental reconciliations, vendor/landlord details, and approve landlord payments* Maintain data integrity through regular audits and knowledge of lease abstractions and Rent Roll reporting* Handle landlord/tenant communications, maintain documentation workflows, and suggest process improvementsThe ideal candidate has a background in real estate or finance who excels at both independent work and team collaboration. You will bring strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to manage complex lease administration tasks.* University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field OR 2-4 years of relevant work experience* Ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret Rent Roll reporting with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliation between AP and AR* Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems* Excellent communication and organisational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs**What you can expect from us:**You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
