**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Brand Specialist**, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Australian Retirement Trust brand across a range of projects. A day in brand is extremely diverse, and includes running advertising campaigns, maintaining our brand assets, reporting, reviewing member communications, assisting our business development managers with merchandise and more; no two days are the same.

As one of the largest super funds in Australia with a new brand you will be in a unique position to grow and influence a brand that represents more than 2 million members. Australian Retirement Trust has only been in market for 18 months and we are heading into our next phase, this role will play a key part in bringing that next phase to life. We are a small brand team with huge aspirations, so we need someone with the same huge aspirations.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Working as part of a small, high performing team of brand specialists to bring to life the creative direction for our brand and ensure corporate goals and objectives are met;
- Take ownership of the Australian Retirement Trust Brand portal - you will have license to evolve our brand portal to a best-in-class platform
- Working directly with our media and creative agency partners to create strong partnerships and amazing work;
- Taking a lead role in developing our brand and visual identity standards and ensure they are fit for purpose across all touchpoints and consistently applied across every customer and channel touchpoint; and
- Owning and driving the continuous improvement of our processes and workflows.

**About you**

- Proven experience managing visual brand identity standards and ensuring broader teams are educated to align to these standards.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with agency partners on advertising creative development.
- Organised, self-managed, resourceful, and very comfortable working with complexity.
- Has an agile mindset and can pivot to meet changing circumstances.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
