**About the role**

We currently have a max term opportunity for a Brand Specialist to join our Client Solutions & Capital team based in Brisbane. Our Client Solutions and Capital team is QIC’s main conduit for communication and engagement with clients and prospects globally.

The team is responsible for coordinating and enhancing market activity in line with our corporate strategy to engage, create and deliver to QIC’s client base. It includes Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, Client Relationships, Client Delivery, Marketing & External Communications and Capital Solutions functions.

This role sits within the Marketing & External Communications team and will be heavily focused on supporting our Brand & Corporate Communications Manager working closely with our third-party suppliers as we work through some key initiatives and deliverables over the coming months.

The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:

- Work with Manager Brand & Corporate Communications, Investment Management teams, and other key internal stakeholders to enhance creative collateral, design and strategic branding outcomes for QIC.
- Responsibility for development and delivery of QIC’s corporate identity, including brand style guide, aligned to the Brand & Corporate Communications Strategy.
- Assist in developing ongoing content and collateral creation across for a range of formats and channels, aligned to communication strategies and plans, including lead accountability for specific projects and/or campaigns of creative and brand.
- Coordinate and execute graphic design outcomes across range of touchpoints including offline and online channels including website/digital, video, events, papers, visual imagery, reports and external communications.
- Provide specialist advisory around branding and creative to ensure QIC outcomes are met.
- Be a key point of contact for liaison with third party brand, creative and digital supplier relationships coordinating high quality corporate communications outcomes, alongside Communications Leads, Specialists and Coordinators.

**About you**

You will be a highly organised and motivated individual who ideally comes from an agency background with a strong desire to work toward deadlines. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism).
- Prior, demonstrated experience in communications, brand development and/or marketing.
- Very highly developed organisational and time management skills, including an ability to coordinate tasks and work to many competing deadlines with inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with particular strengths in writing for a range of platforms and audiences.
- Adobe Suite knowledge and experience will be highly advantageous.
