Compliance Consultant and Instructional Designer

- Design and develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure all instructional materials meet accessibility standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in compliance management and instructional design in the VET sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for VET training programs
- A strong background in RTO Compliance - Standards for RTO (2015) and contractual compliance
- Strong Understanding of National Code 2018, ESOS Act, and any other ASQA requirements.
- **Preferred but not required**: Experience developing instructional materials using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Currently we have a part time opportunity available with the opportunity to expand to a full-time role. Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated.
