Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance advice on AML/CTF and financial crime obligations across the Bank and complete assurance of RACQ Bank's operational processes against the AML/CTF Program and associated standards and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant AML/CTF experience, with a preference for expertise in compliance and/or risk. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders through well-reasoned arguments, a highly developed aptitude for empathetic reasoning, courage to speak up regardless of position when things are wrong, critical analytical skills to uncover hidden insights, and an inquisitive mindset to explore challenges and drive improvements.
