**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a state-wide organisation within the hospitality and entertainment industry. With over 25,000 employees based across Australia, they are very much in a change and transform stage. You will be joining a supportive HR team who are all dedicated to transformation taking place.
Please note this is a 12-month contract.
**THE ROLE**
As a Senior IR Advisor, you will report through to an Executive GM of ER, you will be responsible for supporting the IR and P&C function in all areas of the transformation, remediation and internal compliance projects.
Your key responsibilities will include providing specialist industrial legislative, award and EA interpretation and advice supporting the compliance projects.
You will effectively maintain communication and relationships with all industrial authorities and internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication is always maintained with external stakeholders.
**THE CRITERIA**
To succeed in this role, you need an excellent understanding of Australian employment laws, you will have a successful track record of relationship building both internally with business stakeholders and externally. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
