You will be supporting a busy Business Owner with a growing business portfolio and increasing demand in personal and work life.
Flexibility is a must, and we are ideally seeking a professional and well-presented person who is committed long-term and is comfortable supporting across personal and business.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Organising personal and work-related appointments
- Acting as the point of contact for correspondences between stakeholders and the Managing Director
- Organising meetings and meeting minutes
- Organising the personal and work schedule of the Managing Director
- Supporting with personal schedules such as school drop offs or/and errands
- Engaging children in activities while Managing Director attends meetings
- Travelling for meetings
- Being available on call
- Handling correspondence on behalf of the managing director
- Tasks related to personal errands and shopping (groceries and gifts)
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordination, Executive Support/Assistant, or Personal Assistant role
- Experience with accounts functions preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
