Wild Earth Australia Pty Ltd Support team performance by working across all teams to ensure all stock is received, picked, packed, put away, and dispatched in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and company service levels.
Benefits, Tasks & Responsibilities Review the maintenance of stock levels in the D2 C pick-face picking area Review and action stock location discrepancies as per stock location process Create replenishment reports Review the daily stock transfer process on a weekly basis Manage the bin location process Manage the backorder process Oversee general admin duties Coordinate rosters, and facilitate roster changes for the team leaders Work with Warehouse Manager, Buying Manager, and Operations Manager to review Inbound Shipments and prioritize for the receiving team Communicate receiving team KPI's weekly to assist with motivation and morale Manage the procurement of all supplies and consumables for the office Communicate Staff/Office Events Manage the whole business cleaning roster Ensure all orders are processed correctly and address any invoice issues, escalating to the inventory manager when required Finalize manifests in the absence of Inbound/ Outbound team leader Create replenishment reports in the absence of the inventory coordinator Action the store refill process in the absence of the inventory coordinator Qualifications & Experience AQF 5 Level of qualification - Minimum Diploma in a related field 1-2 years' experience in a similar warehousing position Knowledge of warehousing and logistic processes Demonstrated strong people leadership skills and experience in managing a small team Excellent organisational and time management skills – able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines Good understanding of WHS practices and manual handling methods Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels Ability to work autonomously, whilst being confident to take responsibility and ask questions Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, preferable Adaptability to new systems Customer experience champion Creative thinker with a positive 'can do' attitude Passion for anything outdoors, such as camping or hiking About the Company At Wild Earth, we provide the best range of brands and products in adventure gear to outdoor enthusiasts, via our retail and online store.
