empire group are currently representing a reputable company within the **Construction and Project Management** space.

They are seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team due to growth and rising demand. This is a unique opportunity to join a business who offers support for projects from concept to completion.

**The Role -**
- Managing team members including onboarding, training and day to day task prioritisation and support.
- Reception - being the initial point of contact for all clients and stakeholders.
- Overseeing general office operations including ordering office supplies, mail collection, and equipment maintenance.
- Diary management and assistance for two directors.
- General administration.

**About you -**
- ** Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.**:

- Experience within construction, property development, or real estate industry is highly desirable.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team providing a high level of administrative support.
- This role would excite someone who is ready to expand their skillset. Whilst this role does start with some reception duties, once the Brisbane office is opened, a receptionist will be hired to support the teams growth._
