**Position description** - Territory manager - Inherit and Manage an existing client portfolio plus new business, not a technical sales position, selling benefit only. Our solutions are fun to sell and very eye catching which entices potential clients to enquire and allows you to generate immediate interest when prospecting, hence the reason our
**strike rate of 3 from 10 prospect**s is so high.

Also, many clients who we approach don’t have gate keepers.

**what’s so great about winning new business at our company if you are a salesperson?**
Ans
- **Your commission is 25% on every new client for 12 months.**
Monthly Comms earnings, For the purpose of clarity and so that you can easily work out commissions.

The
**a**
**verage order value is $1,500 to $8,000 per order**(disclaimer the order can amount to less or far more than the average).

**Coms are uncapped**, number of orders are uncapped, all businesses in Australia are your potential clients and all orders can be $8,000 or more if you can show the value AND if you thought it couldn’t possibly get any better, here are the steak knives
- **everyone of your new clients remains a new client for 12 months, meaning 25% coms on all orders for the first 12 months from that first order.**
The figures below are the base minimum,
**you can sign 5 new orders a day of your good enough and there are numerous reasons for each of your clients to place new and additional orders.**

Month of March 2023 based on say just 1 measly new client order each week. FYI if your achievement after 3 months in the business equates to only 1 new order a week then you would only possess the experience of a junior salesperson.

Total sum of the order - Wk 1. $3000 coms 25% = $750

Total sum of the order - Wk 2. $5000 coms 25% = $1,250

Total sum of the order - Wk 3. $8000 coms 25% = $2,000

Total sum of the order - Wk 4. $1500 coms 25% = $375

Total coms for March - $4,375

**how can you know if you take enough pride in your appearance to be worthy of employment with us?** Well, a good indicator is if you own a suite with a pristine jacket however the trousers look like they have been washed a 1000 times and now look like a much lighter shade of blue, grey or black to the jacket, and if you actually think that looks good, then you probably don’t take pride in your appearanceeither that or you just don’t have a clue.

**Past Business to business sales experience; Experience selling a concept, or an intangible are highly regarded although our solutions are tangible meaning you can see it, touch it, smell it, cuddle it.**
Past experience managing a client base is desirable and an advantage but not a requirement or a deal breaker.

Business development experience is an advantage, Past business development meaning drumming up new clients, the strike rate from every 10 contacts in 3 out of every 10 people want to speak to us, what significant about this strike rate is that most BDM positions require 30 calls to achieve 3 who are interested, if you factor this strike rate into the commission earnings potential using my above example, you do the math with respect to your yearly earning potential.

**Company** - Well-established and highly regarded company that adds value to all our clientele.

Salary - $65,000 plus super plus $16,800 car allowance plus 25% coms on new business and 4% on all existing business.

Commissions - 25% on all new client orders & 4% coms on existing client orders. All new clients are considered new for a period of 12 months from the first order.
