Join our dynamic team as the Team Lead Customer Service Representative and take charge of leading a strong, motivated, and driven Customer Service team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with your team to ensure efficient processing of referrals and patient and doctor enquires, while serving as a reliable point of contact for escalations. You will also play a crucial role in training new team members and act as a triage, ensuring that shifting priorities are effectively addressed.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Lead and manage a new customer service team
- Manage workflow and delegate tasks across the team, to meet team KPIs and patient expectations
- Assisting with triaging referrals and responding to patient enquiries.
- Provide software support to referrers.
- Organise report addendums, validation, and reviews where necessary.
- Auditing for Medicare, billing, and reporting purposes.
- Record compliments, complaints and feedback where required.
- Providing support to the operations and marketing departments
- General administration duties
- Work alongside clerical staff, technicians, and Radiologists

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous experience in leadership role, managing team members
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical procedures and processes relative to Medical Imaging
- Knowledge of medical software relating to Medical Imaging (RIS/PACS)
