About the role

Reporting to our Head of Shopper Marketing, the Shopper Marketing Manager joins our award-winning marketing team to build and lead the shopper and channel strategy in partnership with our key customer groups. A highly cross functional role, you will lead engagement across our broader marketing and commercial teams to ensure our brands are represented and brought to life at key touchpoints in order to delight and influence purchasing behaviour - impacting consumers in the moment that matters - the moment of choice.

So, what does this role look like for you?

Lead with intent and purpose across a large cross functional team, leveraging your knowledge in best practice shopper strategy to develop and brilliantly execute our annual shopper marketing plans aligning both internal and external stakeholders;

Build your knowledge in data and insights, ensuring all plans are rooted in strong insights that can be translated into practical execution;

Lead our agency relationships, ensuring strong supplier performance and a highly integrated business relationship;

Extend your innovative thinking, supported by our fast-moving and entrepreneurial business, in order to develop integrated programs that excite and influence shoppers and customer groups; and

Develop your project management skill sets, with the focus on delivering flawless execution of shopper platforms and programs to our global stands.

What will you bring to the table?

Demonstrated experience in Shopper Marketing/ Customer Marketing, with a full range of experience across insight discovery through to ideation and execution, ideally within and FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals or Retail environment;

Well developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - both internal cross functional and customers;

Robust project management experience; and

Previous experience in management of agency relationships and holding external stakeholders to account.
