The Australian arm of Mutti, the iconic Italian tomato brand, is one of the most exciting businesses in Australian FMCG.
- To continue their rapid growth journey and achieve their ambition of becoming a $100m business in the next two years, they are seeking a highly capable Shopper Marketing Manager to drive the online and in-store execution agenda across the customer base.
- In this key role, you will contribute to the growth journey of the Mutti business by developing and executing shopper-insight led, omnichannel activation plans in line with category, customer and brand strategy across all commercial channels including major and independent grocery, alternate channels and foodservice distributors.
- You will play a key role in bringing thought leadership to the business around shopper marketing and ensuring that activation plans are built into long-term brand planning.- All with the support of a small, agile team of functional specialists, packed with Tier 1 experience.
- This is a true career accelerator role, owning a key executional lever for a brand that is truly shaking up Australian FMCG.**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience in FMCG, working with key customers and their marketing functions (Cartology, Coles Marketing etc.)
- Examples of where you have converted insight into action, creating activations that have changed shopper behaviour
- Analytical ability, to distill insight from data
- Commercial acumen, with an understanding of the levers that create value and experience in managing budgets
- Having worked for a Tier-1 FMCG business is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in related fields are desirable but not essential
