**Your Impact**

Embark on a journey with Asahi Beverages, where you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating our production processes. As our Production Scheduler you'll spearhead the management of tactical plans, ensuring a finely tuned schedule that meets the needs of all stakeholders. Operating from our Huntingwood facility, you'll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating closely with various teams to optimise efficiency and drive success. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising and orchestrating production schedules to meet customer orders efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage the production schedule, optimising resources to ensure we’re able to meet production plans on time and in full.
- Act as the liaison between supply planning, raw materials, and manufacturing operations teams, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
- Liaise with all key stakeholders to translate the macro weekly production plan into an end-to-end cost optimised finite schedule.
- Proactively address daily challenges such as line efficiencies, quality issues, and demand fluctuations, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communication channels to maximise outcomes and resolve issues promptly.
- Recognise and execute initiatives for process and system enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Being the key site contact and liaison point for the management of national issues (i.e. changes in demand forecasts, oversells) that may result in stock discrepancies.
- Create and uphold a comprehensive best practice manual to guarantee the optimisation of plans.

- Tertiary qualification in logistics, business, or relevant field preferred.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, making decisions quickly and effectively.
