**The opportunity**

The Resource Development planning and scheduling team are responsible for tactical and strategic drill planning, which includes scheduling of our exploration drilling and earthworks operations across all planning horizons

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Planner - Scheduling the **Scheduler **supports the planning and scheduling of drilling and earthworks within the 1 month time horizon ensuring effective drill operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop, maintain and communicate short term execution schedules (2 weekly)
- Facilitate processes and reporting functionality to support alignment and reconciliation of 2 week & monthly production schedules
- Collaborate with the mining technical services teams, to ensure alignment of quarterly production plans and short term plans to execution schedules
- Facilitate and coordinate the escalation matrix for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
- Accurate Input and reconciliation of data into the Primavera P6
- Prepare and generate daily & weekly conformance reports

**What you’ll bring**:
To be successfully considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

- Expertise in planning and scheduling in production/mine planning
- Experience working in mining operational or technical teams.
- Strong analytical, reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively influence, collaborate and negotiate.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI Proven experience with Primavera P6
