**About the Team**
- This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

**About the Role**

As the Support Operational Team Leader (FS&B) you will be responsible for MYOB’s first level defense team against potential fraud and financial loss. Effectively leading a successful team in driving streamlined financial operations, optimising processes, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding service to clients while achieving organisational objectives. You also play a significant role as a People Leader, driving high employee engagement and coaching and mentoring your team members.

**The skills you'll need**
- Understanding of AFSL (Australian Financial Services License) and AML-CTF compliance obligations desirable
- Previous experience in the compliance and risk assessment field within a payment or financial services industry advantageous
- Sound judgement, initiative, and innovative decision-making skills required to be successful in a multi-tasking role with overlapping priorities.
- Lead, maintain, and govern work allocation, team resourcing in line with budget and Work Force Planning mechanisms.
- Provide effective resolution for internal and external issues and complaints.
- Develop and help implement continuous improvement objectives that utilise current best practice methods and allow for flexibility and innovation.
- Coach and mentor, your direct reports in their careers and development of their skills, encouraging performance through regular feedback and handling the performance review process as required.
- Adopt, implement, and ensure operational issues are identified, documented, and made visible for triage and next steps
