EPIC ESSENTIALS
We are looking for a Business Support Team Leader (flexible arrangements available) to support the national expansion of Epic Environmental. Based in our Brisbane office, you will be reporting to the Commercial Manger and Senior Management Team. As an integral part of the Business Support Team and taking management responsibility for the administrative team, you would support Epic with undertaking or overseeing the following:

- High level administration support across Epic’s businesses and offices nationally
Drive strategic actions for the company
Support and mentorship of the administration team, some of whom are in other states
High level of IT support to manage external IT providers
Proposal and tender development and support across Epic's technical disciplines
Administration of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and working with the IMS Manager
Upkeep of client registrations, panels and pre-qualifications
Staff integration and support, including onboarding and offboarding
Complex travel arrangement to remote sites
Social and client event organisation
General coordination with building managers in all Epic offices
Identifying areas for improvement in the business and taking proactive measures for their solution
General office administration including supplies and equipment
- WHAT YOU WILL BRING
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following:

- 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in professional consulting, engineering, legal or architecture firms
Demonstrated experience as an office manager, executive assistant or administration manager
A passion for administration, collaboration and business support
Demonstrated management of junior business support staff
Excellent problem-solving skills
Great communication skills, with a can-do positive attitude
Very high proficiency in Office 365 apps, including Teams and SharePoint
Passion for learning new systems and technology
Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail
