**Your new role**
- To perform full-stack software development including database, API and front-end web development according to FFRG architectural and coding standards including appropriate testing
- To collaborate with other developers, Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Automated Test Engineers, UI/UX Designers and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are efficient, fit-for-purpose, consistent and fulfil business requirements
- To work as part of an agile software development team, participate in sprint activities and record work completed against Jira user stories
- To build and use DevOps processes in Azure cloud infrastructure, including the use of deployment and test automation to manage software releases
- To coach and develop the skills of other team members and provide leadership and supervise staff directly reporting to the role

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong development background in.Net Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL Server, REST APIs.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure specifically Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus and Blob Storage (or their AWS equivalent).
- Experience with HTML, Bootstrap, Sass, TypeScript, and modern frontend development and build tools (Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, etc.).
- Experience in source control tools (e.g. Git, GitHub) and practices (e.g. GitHub Flow), or similar.
- Experience working with an agile approach to software development and project delivery.
- Experience in serverless, microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with developing Progressive Web Apps including using service workers for caching and offline usage, native web Notifications API, Push API and Web Storage API.
- Familiarity with mapping technologies (ArcGIS or PostGIS, Leaflet library or similar).
- Experience in CI/CD strategies and Terraform, particularly in Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Familiarity with UX mock-up tools such as Figma (or similar).
