Scope of Role

A RecordPoint Senior Technical Consultant engages with customers and colleagues to facilitate the adoption of RecordPoint software products.

You will be responsible for delivering RecordPoint solutions and services to ensure successful product implementations and migrations.

As a trusted advisor, you will help customers define technical requirements and solutions with RecordPoint.

You will design and manage data migration and integration with technical teams and vendors, resolving technical issues quickly during implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement:
    • Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals through communication and problem-solving.
    • Conduct consultations to gather and document client requirements.
    • Help customers define technical requirements and solutions with RecordPoint.
    • Understand customers' success criteria and ROI.

Solution Design: Align RecordPoint solution designs to meet client needs, collaborating with development teams on enhancements or customizations.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and follow best practices, contributing to tenders and RFx as needed.

Implementation, Migration, and Integration: Design and manage data migration and integration with technical teams and vendors, resolving technical issues quickly during implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client outcomes, supporting Project Managers in overcoming deployment challenges.

Training and Documentation: Train customers and team members on using RecordPoint products, creating user guides and technical documentation as needed.

Communication and Project Management: Drive multiple initiatives to completion simultaneously, defining concepts with users and ensuring timely milestone completion with project managers.

Collaborate with other technical consultants in the team, participating in project planning and estimating, and providing task status updates to the PM.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions.
    • 3+ years of experience working as a consultant in a client-facing environment.
    • Experience in Azure, Office 365 Admin, Azure Active Directory.
    • Experienced in the design, build, and deployment of Cloud solutions (PaaS and SaaS).
    • Experience in migrating clients from on-premise services to modern cloud solutions.
    • Preferred: Experience in Records Management or Information Management.
    • Preferred: Understanding of security principles and controls in cloud environments.
    • Some of the technologies and patterns we work on: OpenShift, AKS, Podman, Docker, PowerBI, M365, C#, Python, PowerShell, Web/Swagger API.
