**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The TAFE Services Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services. The role ensures excellence in service experience on campus as well as optimising community and multicultural engagement. This varied role will include hands-on duties and may also include the support of other campus locations.

An eligibility list across North Region may be created, and position(s) of the same classification that subsequently become vacant may be filled using this eligibility list over the next 18 months.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered for the role you will have:

- Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience in relevant customer services environments
- Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours
