**Travel & Expense Coordinator**

Could you be the Travel and Expense Coordinator in North Ryde we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

You'll play a critical role in managing and coordinating all aspects related to travel arrangements and expense reporting within an organization. You will ensure compliance with travel policies, optimizing travel expenses, and providing support to employees in their travel needs.

We’ll look to you for:

- Travel and Expense site management including troubleshooting technical issues
- Running training sessions for employees - manage and develop training and training tools
- Local Airline and hotel rate agreements and relationship management (via Procurement)
- Managing Concur Travel and Expense platform including implementation and communication on updates and changes
- Coordinating travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other related logistics
- Handling expense reporting, reimbursement processes, and maintaining accurate records of travel expenses
- Streamlining and facilitating travel processes
- Enhancing cost efficiencies
- Providing support to employees regarding their travel and expense needs

- A customer service approach to your role and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in a similar role managing travel and expenses.
- A bachelors degree in Commerce or similar (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Concur (preferred)
