**About The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Travel Coordinator who will be responsible for effectively managing all travel requirements, expenses, credit card reconciliations and general office administration duties in Australia. This role will also guide the other Travel Coordinators around the globe ensuring all entities comply with the Travel Policy and Expense Claim Policy.

This position will be based in Sydney Olympic Park, Australia and will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

**Key responsibilities**:
Your core responsibilities will be as follows:

- Arrange flights, car hire, transfers etc for staff who have approved travel requests.
- Maintain travel insurance for the company.
- Collect monthly Expense Reports from staff, assist with the reconciliation, organize approval and payments, and record within our ERP system (MS Axapta).
- Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
- Developing and maintaining the Travel and Expense Claim Policies.
- Monthly travel reporting developing meaningful KPI’s across the globe.
- Rolling out new Travel Booking tool and process for tna globally with aim to reduce travel spent per head.
- General administrative and clerical support including answering phones, greeting visitors, and organizing meetings as required.
- Other tasks / duties as reasonably requested.

**Qualifications Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience managing travel arrangements for a large number of people for multiple countries.
- Experience booking travel requests.
- Understand COVID 19 regulations/requirements across the board.
- Understand visa requirements across the board.
- Knowledgeable on travel restrictions and sanctions related to travel.
- Demonstrated administration experience.
- Accounts reporting and reconciliation.
- International shipping and freighting
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and problem-solver.
- Able to provide excellent customer service - building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
