Health Tech company with significant presence in Australia, that’s about to embark on a major digital transformation and looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developers who has a strong acumen for solutions design and architecture.

The team and the company are continually growing, with plans to double the tech team over the next couple of years.

They have a strong engineering culture & their people are at the centre of everything they do. They have set aside a huge amount of investment allow their staff on site training and development programs (e.g. dedicated days to play around with new tech and attend professional training courses)

You’ll be an important member of the team that has a say on the framework, architecture and design for a real-time Web Application that’s used in the Healthcare Industry.

You’ll be a good communicator, have good people skills and enjoy engaging with both internal and external stakeholders that may sit outside of the IT and Engineering domain.

The role is hybrid at the moment and they’re located in Mulgrave (2-3 days in the office).

- You are a good communicator and enjoy engaging with stakeholders from all parts of the business
- You have a desire to build products that solve complex technical problems for end users

- You have been working with Cloud technology - GCP, AWS or Azure (agnostic)
- Experienced with high traffic distributed systems
- You’re obsessed with producing the highest quality of work possible
