Xero Bookkeeper

A full time 12 month fixed term contact starting immediately. For an experienced XERO bookkeeper open to assisting with admin duties for a small Mulgrave office part of a national franchise. Most likely will become permanent.

**A normal day** includes tax compliance, balance sheet reconciliations, cash management, invoicing, and assisting with annual budgeting. You will also manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile and pay superannuation, and monitor overdue accounts.
The payroll is for 6 employees using Xero.

**You'll need**
To be considered for this role, you must have
- a minimum of three years' experience in a similar position, and
- previous accounts payable and receivable experience.
- We're after a mature minded person capable of managing upwards and has strong attention to detail (ie able to spot my intentional mistakes in this advert)
- You should also possess excellent organisational skills and knowledge of MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software.
