**Role Overview**:

As a Sales Legend you are energetic, self-driven and know the real work is always outside the box. You will stop at nothing and bring a day trader mentality to be an integral part of the team, helping drive our growing sales division while fostering customer relationships.

Working B2B and B2C your enthusiasm and expertise in eyewear and apparel (proffered, although not essential) will be responsible for cultivating and delivering new sales opportunities through a dealer network to drive growth and success.

Travel and participate in brand activations at key events around Australia meeting rad customers and making memories

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and drive sales by establishing a dealer network.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within the eyewear and lifestyle target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeted towards dealers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences.
- Willingness to travel.
- Assist the activation team to identify key events and manage logistics for event activations around Australia.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear, fashion or apparel industry.
- Passion for eyewear fashion, trends and lifestyle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment driven to achieving results.
- Self driven, goal-oriented, and a proactive problem solver. The cup is always half full.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
