Supporting growth of sales and provide delivery of services to our government client
- Establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships
- Establishing trusted and influential client relationships at all levels

The Account Manager position will be on 6-month max term supporting the growth trajectory with existing client. You will lead the project and liaise with client to ensure the success in delivery. You will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skill as well as ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to be successful in the role.

**Description**
- Manage all client engagement activities to deliver results and develop relationship with client.
- Change Customer Experience: Builds trusted partner status, customer loyalty and brand position through changing the customer's experience.
- Ensure effective relationships are in place at all levels within accounts.
- Manage delivery risks and intervenes where required.
- Attract talents for our client and ensure to meet target and deadlines provided by client
- Work with broader team to support members across verticals and states to ensure maximum growth potential for Adecco.

**Profile**
- Experience in recruitment with specialisation in government is preferred but not required.
- We are interested in hearing from energetic individuals, who are looking to build a career in recruitment.
- You have strong relationship building skills and can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
- You are looking for a fast-paced position, you enjoy a role where you can use your well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills.
