As our Analyst, you will contribute to the independent review, advice and challenge of initiatives, issues and incidents in the Business. Engaging with stakeholders across the Retail Bank to understand proposed and in-flight initiatives, incidents, and issues, you’ll provide independent reviews, advice and challenge specific initiatives to ensure that all relevant financial crime compliance obligations, including the AML/CTF Act and internal financial crime compliance frameworks.

We are seeking a collaborative individual who is dedicated to building strong relationships within the compliance team and with our Retail Bank and Financial Crime partners. You will have the ability to deep-dive and really understand business division’s products and services and to contribute to first class compliance advice. You will be committed to learning about control design and testing methodologies and contribute to supporting the Retail Bank in implementing compliant controls and processes.

**About you**
Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Law, Economics, or a similar discipline, you will come armed with good time management skills, a curious eye to find solutions and the ability to meet deadlines.

You understand the importance of working within a highly regulated industry and have some knowledge and understanding of financial services obligations including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, ASIC Act, Corporations Act, ASIC Regulatory Guides and Privacy Act as well as the AML/CTF Act, Annual Control Self-Assessment (CSA), AUSTRAC guidance and internal financial crime compliance industry practice.
