Description of Work:
Functioning as a Level IT Technical Support Officer:

- Monitoring, operating, and managing IT issues/requests using the ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting & restoring service to any personal computer and/or devices (including audio, communication, and video equipment).

Criteria:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Will need to deal with high-intensity users/staff both face to face and over the phone
- Must have experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- SCCM knowledge & experience required
- Excellent IT troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic network troubleshooting with desktops/laptops and network printers, network/data point patching
- Experience in using a ticketing system
- Health industry experience is preferred but not a must
- Double vaccinated and have a digital certificate
- Happy to complete police check upon commencement
- Willing to comply with NSW Aged Care guidelines if required (E.g. flu vaccinations, etc).
- Willing to comply with NSW Department of Communities and Justice guidelines if required (E.g. additional background checks etc.)

Location / Hours of Work:

- Work from home.
- 8 HRS SHIFT ( SHOULD have the availabilty between (7am-7pm).

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
