**About the role**
This role works closely with the Education Wallet program team and vendors to deliver high quality reliable and efficient technical support services relating to onboarding schools into the Learner Passport platform. This role will be monitoring and addressing issues raised on the program’s communications channels and will work with Customer Relationship Management tools and processes to ensure timely resolution of technical enquiries and issues. **About you**
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills in engaging and moderating social media communities.
- Demonstrate experience using Customer Relationship Management software.
- Demonstrate experience in ICT related field support work.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) or be willing to obtain.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management software,
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG (Aboriginal Education Consultative Group) and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
