**Job Opportunity: Real Estate Sales Manager**

**Position: Real Estate Sales Manager**

**Location: Melbourne CBD**

**Responsibilities**: As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to new heights. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead, grow, mentor, and motivate our sales team of to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, prospecting strategies, marketing initiatives and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the dynamic real estate market.
- **Client Relations and New Business**: Identify, develop build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they will trust us with their real estate needs.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise revenue, sales results, and market share.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Recruit and onboard new team members if and when required and retain top performers.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- **Reports and recommendations**: Report to the directors on a regular basis and provide your expert assessments and recommendations to optimise performance and revenues.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or Sales Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of the Melbourne real estate market and legislative requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Current real estate agents’ representative certificate.
- Current driver’s license.
