**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Realtor in Sales Team at M7 Real Estate, located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Realtor will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing clients.
The role requires proactively seeking and identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, negotiating and closing deals, and managing relationship with clients.
Successful applicant-role receives an added-incentive from day ONE by getting access to company's extensive listings inventory from Melbourne, Australia-wide and International as well to offer/sell to potential clients.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with little supervision
- Experience in real estate industry and a track record of exceeding sales targets is preferred, but not essential
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or a related field is preferred, but not essential
- Certificate lV in Real Estate Industry or Agent Rep Certificate is a must
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Tasks and duties**
- Seeking out prospective vendors and identifying potential buyers.
- Promoting sales of properties through brochures, open houses, print and online listings.
- Presenting properties and accompanying prospective buyers during property inspections.
- Writing vendor reports, appraising properties, preparing contracts and documents, negotiating terms between buyers and sellers and facilitating settlements.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, such as construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Developing networks of solicitors, lenders, and tradespeople to whom clients may be referred.
