We want an enthusiastic, customer-centric individual who is looking to break into the retail industry to join our team. Someone that is passionate about providing excellent service to customers and can work with our Online and Customer Service team.
- Strong customer focus and ability to connect with customers.to understand their needs
- Resolving the customer’s issues as efficiently as possible.
- Discuss details of store complaints and feedback with appropriate managers.
- Identify and notify and buyers of repeat product issues and customer complaints
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - multitasking
- Ensure customer service levels are to the company standards
