About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Support to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to account managers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Ensure stock is dispatched promptly and efficiently, maintaining operational flow and meeting customer expectations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing sales orders and invoicing, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the development and implementation of new procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, proactively offering solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Salesforce and CRM systems, invoicing, and freight.
  • In-depth product knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
