LMS Support Administrator

As an LMS Support Administrator, your key responsibilities include:
- Work with relevant staff in support business areas including ITS, Learning and Support Services to ensure an effective and accessible digital learning environment for learners and teachers.
- Support the deployment of learning programs including developing, uploading and updating courseware, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS.
- Provide support to clients (teacher and education managers) meeting their needs including resolving support requests, and responding to feedback/issues with a proactive, forward thinking and solutions focus approach.
- Support the eLearning team in administration Tasks, including addressing technical and LMS support queries via the Support Requests.
- Ensure consistency with the GEAP, Child Safe Standards[1] and respond in accordance with Institute’s policies and agreed practices.
- Ensure through following LMS administration policies, procedures and practices governing all Academic Administration functions are upheld, in particular those relating to learner and tutor access, enrolments, assessment set up, and archiving of evidence for quality assurance purposes.
**ABOUT YOU**
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in designing and developing eLearning content that integrates with Chisholm systems and platforms as well as proven experience in undertaking and complying with business rules requirements and standard administrative procedures for achieving quality student data management.
**Qualifications required for the role**:
- Diploma in ICT or equivalent demonstrated relevant knowledge and work experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) (Desirable)
