About the role...

The role of our RTO Administration Support Officer entails a wide range of administration duties that support the RTO.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the whole lifecycle of the student journey, who will support all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion.

This includes but not limited to:

Taking enquiries  Support both potentials students and referral agencies Processing of enrolments Resulting assessments Processing enrolment amendments and completions which result in certificate issuances Attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given timeframes

MAX Solutions is looking for someone who is driven with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing and show initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes are reached.

This is a role full that is full of variety and no given day will be the same

About you...

Are you driven, have a high level of attention to detail, and show initiative to ensure quality outcomes are reached?

Minimum of two years working in an Administration and customer service role,(experience within an RTO advantageous) Experience using Student and Learning Management Systems or willingness to learn A positive can do attitude Willingness to grow and expand A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Working with Children Blue Card is required.
