The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting of RANZCOG examinations.
- Support the management of the RANZCOG examination question bank.
- Contribute to the preparation of discussion papers and reports and provide information and advice to RANZCOG committees.
- Coordinate and facilitate assessment design, standard setting, validation, and examination marking activities.
- Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of business process documentation, policies and procedures pertaining to examinations to ensure processes are streamlined and effective.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience supporting the development and/or delivery of examinations as either an educator, academic or administrative/operational support professional.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within strict timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in initiating and implementing quality improvements to address evolving policies and operational requirements.
