The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development, delivery, evaluation and reporting of RANZCOG examinations
- Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals and groups to be a key contact for RANZCOG examinations
- Provide timely and accurate information, support and advice to the Education Directorate, the wider College community and external stakeholders in matters regarding examinations
- Support the management of the RANZCOG examination question bank
- Coordinate and facilitate assessment design, standard setting, and validation activities.
- Facilitate and coordinate examination marking activities
- Coordinate and oversee relevant quality improvement initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of assessment-related projects

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in Administration within an education setting.
- Meticulous, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience supporting examinations in a tertiary institution setting
- Stakeholder management experience
