- **Categories**: OperationsWe’re searching for a Facilities Coordinator to ensure the effective and efficient day to day running and service delivery of the facilities operations are met at our North Ryde campus. Your role will be to provide superior facilities services, ensuring the site safety, presentation and maintenance and a seamless customer service experience.

**In this role you’ll have the opportunity to...**
- Proactively manage the day-to-day operational demands and service requests as required
- Build and maintain relationships and directly liaise with internal client, service providers, contractors, building management and other parties to sustain operations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support and coordinate projects and initiatives relating to fit out modifications, relocations, system upgrades and process improvements as required or assigned by the Senior Facilities Manager
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the campus covering all aspects of facilities management including detection, reporting, communication, and remediation
- Timely preparation of reports including, Service Hub requests, monthly reports, HSE and site inspection outcomes
- Ensure all aspects of HSE, including first aid and fire warden requirements are compliant and a priority across the operations and escalate where necessary
- Oversee and coordinate contractors and suppliers, monitor and escalating outcomes relating to performance & compliance
- Assist and support the management of the campus budget, including coordination of works and review of quotes, PO raising and invoice processing for approvals

**Your background should include**:

- 1 Year + experience in Facilities, Operations or similar role
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload, multi task and meet deadlines
- General knowledge of facilities management including mechanical, electrical and other related services
- Demonstrated track record in supporting fit out, refurbishment and relocation projects
- Awareness of legislation relevant to the position, including WHS and Security
- Ability to understand basic financials including cost management and budget
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships
- Customer service ethos to all that you do
