**YOUR ROLE**
As the Manager, CTP Portfolio (NSW) you’ll be responsible for driving the overall financial profit & loss outcomes for the CTP segment of NSW. This pivotal role adds value by understanding the cumulative impact of decision making on the CTP segment as well as having the accountability for driving end-to-end portfolio profitability by liaising across the insurance value chain, respective external CTP regulators and government agencies, and communicating portfolio targets. You’ll drive accountability through advisory functions to ensure investment decisions are delivering appropriate levels of return. You’ll also work collaboratively with other portfolio managers across DIA to ensure the economic viability of customer value propositions.
You’ll be part of the CTP Leadership team and using your strong influencing and communication skills, you’ll influence behaviour across Direct Insurance Australia, other service providers across the Group, as well as externally in the personal injury schemes/industry. Being a key member of the team, you’ll define and develop the CTP Portfolio strategy and drive sustained long term CTP portfolio performance for IAG.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Insurance experience including strong knowledge of personal injury/casualty products
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders (incl. other insurers, regulatory bodies and the Insurance Council of Australia) in the value chain to drive change
- Strong commercial and financial acumen skills
- Solid pricing experience with knowledge of the full spectrum of insurance pricing activities, practices, tools and considerations
- Tertiary qualification/s in Insurance/Financial Services or related fields
- Relevant industry or specialist qualifications e.g. ANZIIF.
