**You'll be responsible for**
- Supporting the preparation and implementation of Allianz’ Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance product strategy, driving regular and ongoing research and monitoring to help inform the strategy.
- Monitoring and analysing market and competitor activities, providing insights to support product strategy.
- Developing and implementing changes to products and pricing as informed by analysis, market and customer research.
- Performing analysis of product risk metrics and preparing product reviews and product governance packs.
- Conducting analysis of the portfolio, including the identification of results drivers and the sources of variation from target and the preparation of communications to convey findings.
- Monitoring trends and profitable growth opportunities, including the identification of underperforming segments.
- Reviewing the pricing analysis and outcomes of pricing changes.

**About you**
- Significant experience in a product slash portfolio analysis, development or management role acquired in a complex matrix general insurance or financial services organisation.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to use insights related to the market, opportunities, risk, and competitors within the insurance industry as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and contribute to the provision of pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to explore business insights and trends to identify and translate potential for operational improvement, growth and/or cost saving reach opportunities.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
