**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our successful team in the Toowoomba branch.
We are looking for a casual receptionist to join our team. The position requires working 10 to 20 hours per week, spread over 2 to 3 days, including every other Saturday. Flexibility to cover for receptionists on leave, potentially for up to a week at a time, is also required.
**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members using a multi-line phone system always ensuring the highest level of customer service,
- Greeting and facilitating all customer and visitor enquiries at front reception,
- Point of sale management of merchandise and assisting with showroom presentation,
- Assist with other administrative duties including but not limited to collecting and distributing mail, raining orders, replenishing supplies, managing petty cash and banking, and
- Providing wider support to management and the sales, service and parts team.
**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:
- A background in reception would be desirable.
- A strong customer service ethic and the ability to demonstrate in prior roles.
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
- Strong Computer skills including extensive systems knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
