**Role impact & contribution**

The Treasury DIB Community consists of a Treasury DIB Strategy and five work streams: First Nations, Cultural and Linguistic Diversity (CALD), Disability Inclusion, Gender Equality & Treasury Pride.

The four current Action Plans in place across Treasury are as follows:

- Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP)
- Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP)
- Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
- Multicultural Action Plan (MAP)

As a **DIB Project Officer**, you will support and contribute to the delivery of the P&C deliverables in the Treasury DIB Action Plans; liaise with the Treasury DIB Community, providing advice and guidance on a broad range of DIB topics and manage the NSW Treasury DIB related external accreditations.
