The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and influencing the culture at Zurich AUZ, to ensure a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment where every employee feels a strong sense of togetherness and belonging.
This is a high-profile role, which will see you engage and influence our Leaders, Board, employee resource groups and broader employee base. Leveraging data and market insights, and linking this to business priorities and employee engagement, will be pivotal to continually shape and drive the focus on DEI at both a functional and organisational level.
This is a role with opportunity to strategise, influence and get your hands dirty all at the same time. The ability to multi-task, project manage and collaborate with peers both locally and globally will be key to the success of this role. The appetite and energy to drive change and the momentum in the DEI agenda is here and this is a fabulous opportunity to make a positive difference to the lived experience for all employees.
- Important to your success - let’s grow together- Previous leadership experience in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion specialist role.
- RAP experience desirable.
- Experience managing WGEA compliance reporting and accreditations such as AWEI and WGEA Employer of Choice.
- Project management experience - scoping, managing, and implementing initiatives to deadlines and budget.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills across all levels to influence change and drive delivery and accountability.
